The title “Mobile broadband service provider to be most satisfied by customers for customer care quality in 2019” belongs to Viettel Telecom Corporation.
The title of “Mobile broadband service provider with the largest contribution to the development of ICT sector in Southeast Asia” belongs to Viettel International Investment Corporation.

At the end of the survey, the Voting Advisory Council including experts from the Ministry of Information and Communications, Associations (Digital Media, Internet, Electronic Radio); telecommunication – IT companies; experts in the field of telecommunications in Vietnam and the market for mobile broadband services (ASEAN 4G Market Survey) had a meeting and agreed on the evaluation criteria. Survey results are also included in in-depth analysis and scoring before making a final decision.
